Https Localhosts 8080

Https is an encrypted http connection, making it more secure. You can tell if your connection to a website is secure if you see https rather than http in the url. Https security can be split into 2 parts (handshakes):

Are all urls encrypted when using tls/ssl (https) encryption? I would like to know because i want all url data to be hidden when using tls/ssl (https). Https report the https report shows how many indexed urls on your site are http vs https.

@petermortensen the issue is "how can i automatically redirect http to https on apache servers?", and the quoted config setting is specifically addressing that: "to redirect http urls to https.".
